Associate Pastor of Congregational Care and Connection

Founded in 1935, Brownson Memorial Presbyterian Church is located in the beautiful Sandhills of North Carolina in the town of Southern Pines. Our mission is to be a Missional Community Called to Love and Live in Christ. We are searching for an Associate Pastor of Congregational Care and Connection who plays a key role in achieving that mission as the pastoral leader of our Care and Connection ministries. These ministries are grounded and aligned with two of our Core Values—Caring M2M (member to member) and Making Room for Others (welcoming new members).

Director of Youth and their Families

Brownson Church is seeking an enthusiastic team player interested in investing in the next generation of young people. 

The Director of Youth and Their Families’ role is to plan, develop, and supervise the Youth Ministry programs of Brownson Church. The Director of Youth and their Families will coordinate, maintain, and administer a balanced ministry with Middle School and High School youth, toward the goals of Christian discipleship and healthy personal and spiritual development. He/she will build authentic relationships with youth and their families, both in the church and the community, and will help youth and families know Christ through study, service, worship, and fellowship.

Director of Brownson Learning Center

The Brownson Learning Center is a ministry of Brownson Memorial Presbyterian Church. The BLC Director is responsible for all aspects of establishing and operating a morning preschool program for children ages one year through pre-kindergarten. This includes leadership of staff recruitment, child enrollment, curriculum development, classroom management, staff development, and preschool finances.
